The brand

EPM (short for Education Personnel Management) supports schools and academies throughout the UK with market-leading HR, Payroll & Pensions, Safeguarding, and Health & Safety advice. They're leaders in their industry, and they pride themselves on their tailored, proactive and collaborative approach.

The brief

To support EPM throughout their complete re-branding process. This involved creating a tone of voice document from scratch, mapping out and writing core website pages, overseeing their initial social media strategy, re-writing customer and prospect-facing collateral in-line with their new TOV, supporting with their editorial calendar direction, and producing articles and video scripts.
